Was looking for another stylist after my usual one left to go elsewhere. Had been bouncing around ever since, trying out various places/stylists, but couldn’t find any satisfaction. That all changed with Lacey at SC’s. I asked for her advice and direction on the best look, considering the way my hair grows and lays, and she took my request seriously by delivering on the best haircut/style I’ve had in months, if not years! Thank you Lacey for a wonderful experience! Rick

So it’s 5 PM on Wed there are 2 stylists working and 2 waiting. Anyone that comes in is now turned away if they didn’t check in because they are closing in 1 hour. Guess we just made the cut. On Monday we came to this same store at about 5:30 and was yelled at as we opened the door that they weren’t taking any more customers. I guess y’all are so busy that you need some of us to find other establishments. I will take me and myself and my kids to try and find another place that appreciates and welcomes their customers. I don’t need to be treated like a burden to visit your establishment for the services you advertise.

Rick, Thank you for providing your input, and we are so very sorry to hear about your recent sub-par experiences at this location. While short-staffing issues are causing employees to have to work long hours lately, this should never be an excuse for turning a client away while the store is still open. Again, our sincere apologies. Our Area Manager has swiftly handled this issue with our teams, and we are confident this won't continue to happen.
