So it’s 5 PM on Wed there are 2 stylists working and 2 waiting. Anyone that comes in is now turned away if they didn’t check in because they are closing in 1 hour. Guess we just made the cut. On Monday we came to this same store at about 5:30 and was yelled at as we opened the door that they weren’t taking any more customers. I guess y’all are so busy that you need some of us to find other establishments. I will take me and myself and my kids to try and find another place that appreciates and welcomes their customers. I don’t need to be treated like a burden to visit your establishment for the services you advertise.

While short-staffing issues are causing employees to have to work long hours lately, this should never be an excuse for turning a client away while the store is still open. Amberly did an awesome job! She was extremely sweet and had a great personality. I can honestly say that I haven't laughed that much while getting a haircut!
